2. To receive and approve the notes of the meeting held on the 27^th January 2016 and the Chairman to sign them

3. To receive a presentation on Neighbourhood Planning from Emma Ball, Cornwall Council Neighbourhood Planning Officer and agree any future actions

4. To appoint a Chairman and Vice Chairman to the Neighbourhood Planning Steering Group and agree any future actions

5. To consider how to promote the Neighbourhood Plan, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

6. To consider a programme/action plan for the Neighbourhood Plan and agree any future actions

7. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
