I hereby summon you to an Extra-Ordinary meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 10^th June 2015 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

Members of the public are invited to attend.

AGENDA

1. Safety Procedures

2. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies

3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

4. To consider applications from members for dispensations

5. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)

6. To receive presentations from the shortlisted tenderers for the Architect for Illogan Park Improvements – presentations to last a maximum of 15 minutes each to include questions

7. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.

8. To appoint an Architect for the Improvements for Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
