I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 17th September 2025 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

8. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 20th August 2025 and the Chairman to sign them

9. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

10. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions

11. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of August 2025 and agree any future actions

12. To ratify the Barclaycard payments for the month of August 2025 and agree any future actions

13. To receive and approve the quarterly investment strategy report and agree any future actions

14. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of September 2025 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)

15. To receive the Heads of Terms for the proposed transfer of the identified sites detailed below from Cornwall Council to Illogan Parish Council, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

16. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

17. To receive a report from Council Officers including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure

18. To receive correspondence from the 13th August 2025 until the 9th September 2025, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions

19. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors

20. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since the 7th August 2025:

i. Community Events Committee – 19th August and 2nd September 2025
ii. Climate, Environment and Planning Committee – 20th August and 3rd September 2025

21. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences

22. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales

23. Date & time of next meeting:

Wednesday 15th October 2025, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office.

24. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

25. To receive quotes for electricity for the Council Office, appoint a supplier, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure (to be tabled at the meeting)

26. To receive the insurance renewal documentation, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

27. To receive applications for the vacant position of Councillor, speak to candidates individually and consider any future actions

28. To re-admit members of the press and public

29. To co-opt up to a Councillor to the Illogan Ward of the Council and co-opted Councillors to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office, to be witnessed by the Clerk
