I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 21st January 2026 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

8. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 11th December 2025 and the Chairman to sign them
9. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
10. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions
11. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of December 2025 and agree any future actions
12. To ratify the Card payments for the month of December 2025 and agree any future actions
13. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of January 2026 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)
14. To receive information from Cornwall Council on Community Emergency Plans, consider compiling a plan and agree any future actions.
15. To receive a report on the production of the Illogan Review, consider a draft questionnaire for potential inclusion in the next edition, review the current production and distribution processes, and agree on any future actions.
16. To receive correspondence from Illogan Parish Regeneration Group regarding their dissolution, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
17. To consider writing to the Cornwall Councillors for the area regarding this Council’s concerns about crime and policing and highlighting what we expect from them as our Cornwall Councillors and agree any future actions
18. To consider the potential for establishing a youth council, including engaging with neighbouring councils to assess interest in forming a joint youth council, and to agree on next steps and any future actions.
19. To receive responses to the Illogan Review Article regarding street signs, and agree any future actions
20. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure
21. To receive a report from Council Officers including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure
22. To receive correspondence from the 3rd December 2025 until the 13th January 2026, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions
23. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors
24. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 25th November 2025:
i. Climate, Environment and Planning Committee – 3rd December 2025 and 7th January 2026
ii. Staffing Committee – 17th December 2025
iii. Community Events Committee – 13th January 2026
25. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences
26. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales
