1. To elect a Chairman for the municipal year 2015/2016

3. To receive apologies for absence

 

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over

 

5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

 

6. To receive a pre-application presentation from Cornwall Care regarding their proposal for a new nursing and dementia care related on land at Tehidy

 

7. To appoint a Vice Chairman for the municipal year 2015/2016

 

8. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 6th and 20th May 2015 and the Chairman to sign them

 

9. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

15. To consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree responses and any appropriate actions

 

16. To note any information regarding the land at Mary’s Well and agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

 

17. To receive an update on land at Millgrist Meadow and any future actions

 

18. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
