Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 2nd March 2016, 7.00pm at Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

 

AGENDA

 

  1. Safety Procedures

 

  1. To receive apologies for absence

 

  1. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over

 

  1. To consider applications from members for dispensations

 

  1. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 3rd and 17th February 2016 and the Chairman to sign them

 

  1. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

 

  1. Public participation on items on the agenda (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under the Council’s Standing Orders)

 

  1. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council

 

  1. To note planning enforcement cases received from Cornwall Council

 

  1. To organise the public consultation event regarding the options for the Park, including date, content/displays etc, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To review the Illogan Park Grounds Maintenance General Service Agreement, consider whether to extend the contract, agree any recommendations to Full Council, any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To receive correspondence from the Cornwall Council Planning Officer regarding PA15/09245 – Land at Church Road Illogan, to note that the planning application will be considered at Cornwall Council Planning Committee, appoint a member to speak at the Planning Committee meeting and agree any future actions

 

  1. To receive the Tree Inspection Report for Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To receive an update on the bus shelter at Tolvaddon, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To receive the 2016 Local Maintenance Partnership (LMP) – Eligible Funding letter from Cornwall Council, agree whether to accept the offer and agree any future actions

 

  1. To consider any correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree responses and any appropriate actions

 

  1. To review arrangements at Illogan Park, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

 

  1. To receive an update on land at Millgrist Meadow and agree any future actions

 

  1. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

 

  1. Date and Time of next meeting

Wednesday 16th March 2016, time to be confirmed in Penwartha Hall.

 

  1. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act the Press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.

 

  1. To receive a report from the Clerk and quotes for dog waste and litter signs for Manningham Wood and Illogan Park, approve a quote and the associated expenditure and where to erect the signs
