   Application for works to (number of trees) subject to Tree Preservation Order

   Works to trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), works include T1 – 1 x very large multi-stemmed holm oak – initiate a pollarding regime to 1 large lateral stem overhanging the applicants chalet; remove 1 limb overhanging applicants chalet – to remove / significantly reduce the risk of catastrophic failure onto chalet

   T1 – Oak. Crown reduce by 1-2m in order to reduce wind loading.  Tree has suffered considerable loss of companion shelter during recent months a small crown reduction may help to facilitate the retention of this tree

   Gwel an Mor, Feadon Lane, Portreath
   EIA Scoping Opinion Request for construction of up to 126 built holiday lodges at the existing Gwel an Mor Holiday Resort golf course

9. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate
10. To receive the Cornwall Council Local Maintenance Partnership (LMP) funding offer for 2024-2025, agree whether to sign and return the acceptance form and agree any future actions
11. To receive the Tree Safety Inspection Report for Manningham Wood and agree any future actions
12. To receive information and legal advice regarding the triangular verge at South Tehidy, and agree any future actions
13. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only
14. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
15. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

    Wednesday 21^st February 2024, time to be confirmed at Illogan Parish Council Community Office.

17. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
18. To receive quotes for works to trees in Manningham Wood resulting from the Tree Safety Inspection, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
