I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Projects Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 26^th July 2022 at 11.30am at Trevenson House, Church Road, Pool, Redruth

Members of the public are invited to attend. 

Safety Procedures 

AGENDA 

1. To elect a Chairman of the Projects Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year

2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Projects Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year

3. To receive apologies for absence

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

6. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)

7. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Projects Committee held on the 6^{th of} October 2021 and the Chairman to sign them

8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

9. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

10. To receive correspondence from Wernick regarding amendments to the specifications and costs for the Office and Community Room and agree a recommendation to the Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting to be held on the 27^th July 2022

11. To receive tenders for the car park adjacent to the Office and Community Room and agree a recommendation to the Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting to be held on the 27^th July 2022
