2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Governance Review Committee held on the 22nd January 2025 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Governance Review Committee for the remainder of the 2024/2025 municipal year

8. To receive a report on Pebbells and Lone Working Devices, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

9. To review the Absence Management Policy, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

10. To review the Leave Policy, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure and agree any future actions

11. To review the Annual Appraisal Policy, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

12. To receive and approve the amended Training Policy, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

13. To review the Employees Expenses Policy, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

14. To review the Flexible Working Policy, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

15. To review the Policy And Procedures For The Treatment Of Alcohol And Drug Misuse, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
