3. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 17^th May 2017 and the Chairman to sign them

4. To receive reports from the following outside bodies:

• Police
• Cornwall Councillors
• Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group
• Representatives from outside bodies

5. To receive reports form organisations awarded a grant by Illogan Parish Council during the last year

6. To receive reports from local organisations

7. To receive questions and motions from residents
