3. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 19^th May 2021 and the Chairman to sign them

4. To receive reports from the following outside bodies:

• Cornwall Councillors
• Representatives from outside bodies

5. To receive reports from local organisations for the 2021/2022 municipal year

6. To receive questions and motions from residents

7. Chairman’s remarks
