  3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over
  4. To consider applications from members for dispensations
  5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 4th and 18th June 2025 and the Chairman to sign them.
  6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

  11. To receive a request from a member of the public to have the words ‘PARSONAGE WELL’ engraved on the granite top of the well, cleaned out and given a coat of suitable black paint, and agree any future actions
  12. To receive a request for a basketball hoop to be installed in Illogan Park, consider the request and agree any future actions
  13. To receive a report on Mobile Speed Activated Signs (MSAS), agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
  14. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions
  15. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
  16. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

  18. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
