5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 4^th and 18^th June 2025 and the Chairman to sign them.

11. To receive a request from a member of the public to have the words ‘PARSONAGE WELL’ engraved on the granite top of the well, cleaned out and given a coat of suitable black paint, and agree any future actions
12. To receive a request for a basketball hoop to be installed in Illogan Park, consider the request and agree any future actions
13. To receive a report on Mobile Speed Activated Signs (MSAS), agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
14. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions
15. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
16. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

18. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
19. To receive quotes for quotes for tarmacking works at Manningham Wood, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
20. To receive quotes for seating and associated groundworks in Illogan Park, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
21. To receive quotes for maintenance works in Illogan Park, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
