The trees are of a medium size for the species, and are planted close together to form a shared crown. the majority of the trees are multi stemmed from ground level and are mostly comprised of classic poor unions, with the proximity to the house and the height they pose a risk of failure. some of the trees are also showing signs of basal infections, most likely Armarillia (Honey Fungus). The proposed felling is for safety reasons
