5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 3rd December 2025 and the Chairman to sign them.

9. To receive notification of the appeal made to the Secretary of State regarding planning application PA25/02019, Rayle Farm, Bridge Hill, Bridge, Retrospective application for the erection of a marquee and use of land for events, consider whether to make any additional comments and agree any future actions

10. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate

11. To receive a report and correspondence regarding a name change for the stretch of road from Tolvaddon roundabout heading north towards Halgoss as Pitman Skinner Lane and in Cornish Bowner Pitman Skinner and the purchase and erection of new name plates for the name change, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

12. To receive and approve the draft article for inclusion in the Illogan Review explaining the Cornwall Council Call for Sites and asking for suggestions for potential sites and agree any future actions

13. To receive correspondence from Speak Out United Mental Health FC, agree a response and any future actions

14. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions

15. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

16. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

Wednesday 21st January 2026, time to be confirmed in Illogan Parish Council Community Office.

18. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

19. To receive quotes for the construction of a bin store in Illogan Park, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
