Community Events Committee Meeting

I hereby summon you to a Community Events Committee meeting on Tuesday 13th January 2026 at 6.30pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the public are invited to attend.

1. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Events Committee held on the 4th November 2025 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To receive an update on the Events budget, and agree any future actions (to be tabled at the meeting)

8. To review the 2025 Illogan Remembrance Parade, consider improvements for future events, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

9. To review the 2025 Christmas Events, consider improvements for future events, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

10. To receive a report and consider a mini–Easter Event, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

11. To consider arrangements for the Spring Litter Pick, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

12. To consider arrangements for Illogan Fun Day, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

13. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
