Community Events Committee Meeting

I hereby summon you to a Community Events Committee meeting on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at 6.30pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the public are invited to attend.

AGENDA

1. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Events Committee held on the 21st October 2025 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To receive an update on the Events budget, and agree any future actions (to be tabled at the meeting)

8. To finalise arrangements for the 2025 Christmas Events, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

9. To receive an update from Light Up Illogan, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

10. To review the Risk Assessment for the Christmas Events and agree any future actions

11. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
