12. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

15. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

16. To receive quotes for Fire Risk Assessments to be completed in Illogan Parish Council Community Office and Illogan Park Changing Facilities, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

17. To receive the Cleaning Tender returns, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

18. To receive the Waste Management Tender returns, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

19. To receive the Footpath and Open Spaces Tender returns, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
