5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Liaison Committee held on the 22^nd November 2021 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To receive an update on the Events budget, and agree any future actions

8. To receive information and consider whether to hold an event for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

9. To review the 2021 Christmas Lights Switch On Events and agree any future actions

10. To set the dates for the 2022 Christmas Lights Switch On Events

11. To agree any arrangements for the 2022 Christmas Lights Switch On Events and agree any future actions

12. To consider organising a Christmas event for the elderly and agree any future actions
