Notice is hereby given that the Community Liaison Committee will be held on Monday 1^4th March 2022 at 7.00pm in The Old School Centre, Nance Lane, Illogan

Members of the public are invited to attend.

1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders)

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Liaison Committee held on the 7^th February 2022 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To consider co-opting Mrs A Edwards onto this Committee for the remainder of the municipal year and agree any future actions

8. To receive an update on the Events budget, and agree any future actions (to be tabled at the meeting)

9. To consider how to make the noticeboards stand out for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee

10. To consider hosting an event for the elderly, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

11. To consider bringing back Illogan Feast and agree any future actions

12. To review the name of this Committee and make recommendations to the Annual Council Meeting to be held in May 2022

13. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

14. Date and time of next meeting

15. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

16. To receive costings for benches and planters to commemorate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
