I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance, Resources and Projects Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

AGENDA

1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation

5. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Finance and Resources Committee for the 2024/2025 municipal year

6. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance, Resources and Projects Committee held on the 15th April 2024 and the Chairman to sign them

7. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

8. To receive a report from Cllrs completing the internal audit and agree any future actions

9. To review the actual income and expenditure from the 1st April 2024 until the 31st August 2024, compare the actual income and expenditure with the budgets for the 2024 – 2025 fiscal year and agree any future actions

10. To receive the forecast expenditure from the 1st September 2024 until the 31st March 2025 and agree any future actions

11. To receive the 1st draft budget for the 2025/2026 financial year and agree any future actions
