2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance, Resources and Projects Committee held on the 8th October 2025 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To receive the 2nd draft budget for the 2026/2027 financial year and make a recommendation to Full Council

8. To review the annual subscription to the Mining Villages Regeneration Group for inclusion on cornwalltrails.net and agree any future actions
