I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance and Resources Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 14^th July 2021 at 7pm in The Old School Centre, Nance Lane, Illogan

1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)

5. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Finance and Resources Committee for the municipal year 2021/2022

6. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance and Resources Committee held on the 11^th November 2020 and the Chairman to sign them

7. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

8. To review the budgets and forecast expenditure for the Illogan Park and Parish Office Projects and agree any future actions

9. To review all Ear Marked Reserves (EMRs) and agree any future actions

10. To review O365 and other licencing for employees and Councilllors, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

11. To review the IT contract and agree any future actions

12. Date and time of next meeting
