I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 15th January 2025 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

3. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

6. To receive a talk about prostate cancer and the support available and agree any future actions

9. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 11th December 2024 and the Chairman to sign them

10. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

11. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions

12. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of and agree any future actions

13. To ratify the Barclaycard payments for the month of December 2024 and agree any future actions

14. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of January 2025 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)

15. To appoint a Councillor to fill the vacancy on the Climate, Environment and Planning Committee and agree any future actions

16. To appoint a Councillor to fill the vacancy on the Staffing Committee and agree any future actions

17. To appoint a Councillor to fill the vacancy on the Illogan Review editing group and agree any future actions

18. To discuss allotments and agree any future actions

19. To discuss an additional disabled parking bay in Coronation Road and agree any future actions

20. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

21. To receive a report from the Clerk including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure

22. To receive correspondence from the 12th December 2024 until the 14th January 2025, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions

23. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors

24. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 4th December 2024:

i. Climate, Environment and Planning Committee – 4th and 11th December 2024
ii. Staffing Committee – 18th December 2024

25. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences

26. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales

27. Date & time of next meeting:

Wednesday 19th February 2025, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office.

28. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

29. To receive quotes for an Independent Internal Auditor, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
