I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 18th February 2026 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG
Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

3. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions
4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
5. To consider applications from members for dispensations
6. Public participation
7. Chairman’s Announcements
8. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 21st January 2026 and the Chairman to sign them
9. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
10. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions
11. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of January 2026 and agree any future actions
12. To ratify the Card payments for the month of January 2026 and agree any future actions
13. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of February 2026 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)
14. To receive a report on the Mobile Speed Activated Signs (MSAS), agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
15. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure
16. To receive a report from Council Officers including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure
17. To receive correspondence from the 14th January 2026 until the 10th February 2026, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions
18. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors
19. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 14th January 2026:
i. Staffing Committee – 14th and 29th January 2026
ii. Climate, Environment and Planning Committee – 21st January and 4th February 2026
iii. Governance Review Committee – 28th January 2026
iv. Community Events Committee – 3rd February 2026
20. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences
21. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales
