  8. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions

  13. To consider whether the Council currently meets the eligibility criteria for the General Power of Competence under the Localism Act 2011 and, if so, agree whether to adopt the General Power of Competence.
  14. To receive a report on the changing facilities, wellbeing garden, and other infrastructure in Illogan Park agree any future actions and any associated expenditure.
  15. To consider disposing of the redundant filing cabinets and damaged shelving units in the container, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure.

  2. To receive quotes for balancing elements and hammocks for Illogan Park, appoint a contractor and agree any future actions.
  3. To receive the Draft Agreement for the Mobile Catering Vendor in Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure.
