Notice is hereby given that the Illogan Park Improvements Working Group Meeting will be held on Monday 30^th November 2015 at 7.00pm in the Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

AGENDA

1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders).

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting held on the 6^th July 2015 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only.

7. To consider the draft Terms and Conditions for Use of the Sports Pitches and Changing Facilities at Illogan Park and the draft Illogan Park Pitch Inspections Checklist, consider comments from the Football and Rugby Clubs and make recommendations on the final documents to Full Council

8. To consider the fee structure for use of the sports pitches and changing facilities at Illogan Park and make recommendations to Full Council

9. To consider how to monitor/enforce the terms and conditions contained within the draft agreement for Illogan Park and agree any future actions

10. To consider the arrangements for keys and key holders for the changing facilities at Illogan Park and agree any future actions

11. To consider the compilation of a management plan for all elements of Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any recommendations to the Planning and Environmental Services Committee

12. To consider and review the arrangements for Illogan Park and agree any future actions

13. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
