- That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act, the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
- To receive quotes to clean the finger post by the double roundabouts in Illogan, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To receive the draft tender documents to convert the room next to the physio room into a unisex disabled toilet and for the installation of two new disabled unisex toilets near the current buildings at the Park. To receive the draft tender paperwork for the installation of public toilets in Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To receive the draft tender documents for a mobile tea and coffee van to have a pitch at Illogan Park, mostly during the school holiday times, the first couple of times the pitch will be free of charge to see how it goes. To receive the draft tender paperwork for the pitch for a tea/coffee van in Illogan Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To receive the draft tender documents for the reinstatement of floral beds in the top section of Illogan Park. To receive the draft tender paperwork, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To receive the draft quote/tender paperwork for the installation of benches and picnic benches in Illogan Park; agree how many benches and picnic benches to install, where they will be positioned in the Park and any features the benches and picnic benches should include and agree any future actions
- To receive the draft quote/tender paperwork for the installation of a basketball hoop in Illogan Park; agree whether the basketball hoop should be free standing or attached to the end of a building; consider whether there should be any hard standing under the basketball hoop and in the general area; agree where to locate the basketball hoop in the Park; and agree any future actions
- To receive additional information and the draft quote document for the supply and erection of a street light on the vacant post in Alexandra Road and agree any future actions
