Scope of Work
The project involves the supply and installation of two covered shelters with the following specifications:
1. Shelter 1: Seating Only
o Constructed using tanalised timber or equivalent.
o Fire retardant coating on all surfaces
o Hexagonal or similar design.
o Wheelchair accessible.
o Maximum height: 4m.
o Maximum capacity: 200 cubic metres.
o Suitable seating to accommodate multiple users.
2. Shelter 2: Seating with Table
o Constructed using tanalised timber or equivalent.
o Fire retardant coating on all surfaces
o Hexagonal or similar design.
o Wheelchair accessible.
o Maximum height: 4m.
o Maximum capacity: 200 cubic metres.
o Seating with a table suitable for multiple users.
Additional Requirements:
• Surfacing: Suitable surface to ensure accessibility and durability.
• Pathways: Accessible paths connecting shelters to existing pathways on both sides of the grassed area.
• Installation: Full assembly and installation of both shelters, surfacing and pathways, ensuring stability and compliance with accessibility standards.

• A full breakdown of fees and associated costs.
• Contact details of at least two referees for similar projects.
• Full details of guarantees and warranties
