7. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 15^th November 2023 and the Chairman to sign them
8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
9. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions
10. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of November 2023 and agree any future actions
11. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of December 2023 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)
12. To consider and agree office opening hours over the Christmas and New Year Period and contact arrangements in case of an emergency
13. To receive and approve the meeting dates for 2024 and agree any future actions

    ii. Planning and Environmental Services Committee – 15^th November 2023
    iii. Community Events Committee – 20^th November 2023

22. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences
23. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales

25. That under the 1960 Public Body (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
26. To receive quotes for a shed to be sited to the left-hand side of the office, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
27. To receive a quote for additional equipment to allow the fire alarm system in the changing facilities to communicate through the office intruder alarm, agree any future action and any associated expenditure
28. To receive a quote for the supply and installation of 4 dorgards in the Council Office and Community Room, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
29. To receive quotes for a bookcase for the foyer, agree a quote any future actions and any associated expenditure
