- To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate
- To receive an update on the requests made to Cornwall Council and Devon and Cornwall Police regarding a public meeting to discuss the issues affecting Bassett Road and the surrounding areas and agree any future actions.
- To receive correspondence from Climate Vision with an update on adaption reporting power and the Strategy for the Fifth Round of Climate Adaption Reporting consultation by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, consider a response to the consultation and any future actions
- To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
- To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
