5. To receive a pre-application presentation for a potential 100% Affordable Housing Rural Exception Site in Park Bottom and agree any future actions
6. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 5^th and 19^th July 2023 and the Chairman to sign them.

   To upgrade an existing two wire 11kV line to a three wire 11kV overhead line to facilitate an upgrade to three phase. As well as the third conductor National Grid propose to install we also propose to install two additional poles and three additional stay wires to support the heavier overhead line

10. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate
11. To receive the Cornwall Council Countywide 20mph speed limits – Phase 2 – Camborne, Pool, Illogan and Redruth Community Network Area Consultation and agree a response
12. To receive a report from Cornwall Councillor Crabtree on Cot Road and Illogan Downs and consider requesting that the speed limit is reduced to 40mph and agree any future actions
13. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only
14. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
15. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
