I hereby summon you to a Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council on Wednesday 6th March 2024 at 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

 

AGENDA

  1. Safety Procedures
  2. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions
  3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over
  4. To consider applications from members for dispensations
  5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on the 7th February 2024 and the Chairman to sign them.
  6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
  7. Public participation
  8. To discuss planning applications received from Cornwall Council and agree statutory consultee comments to return to Cornwall Council Planning Department (Reporting Councillor – Cllr Mrs Thompson)

    Works to trees subject to a tree preservation order (TPO) Fell 1 x Cypress in rear garden and 3 in front.  Crown by 2.5m all trees on boundary driveway hedge.

    Manningham Woods, Paynters Lane, Illogan
    Works to trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), works include G1 – Ash. 2x Specimens. Pollard both trees to obtain a 9m high living pollard frame. Works to reduce load on compromised, load-bearing structure of Southernmost tree, to prevent fracturing and to Northernmost tree due to exposure, following works to Southernmost tree. Works to reduce the risk.

    Erection of agricultural building (retrospective)

  1. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate
  2. To receive decision notice and revised drawings from Cormac on the consultation, Bridge Road, Illogan – Restrictions on Waiting and bus clearways and agree any future actions
  3. To receive the Cornwall Council Call for Sites to inform the next local plan, consider whether to submit any sites, and agree any future actions
  4. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only
  5. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
  6. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
  7. Date and Time of next meeting
  8. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
  9. To receive quotes to reinstate to its full width bridleway 214/21/1 from Treloweth Terrace to the A30 bridge at Trevenson Moor, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
  10. To receive a quote for works to trees overhanging from Manningham Wood, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and associated expenditure
