Projects Committee meeting

I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Projects Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Monday 11^th March 2024 at 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

Members of the public are invited to attend.

AGENDA

1. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions
2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
3. To consider applications from members for dispensations
4. Public Participation
5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Projects Committee held on the 29^th January 2024 and the Chairman to sign them
6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
7. To receive a report from the Clerk, review the use, style/design and siting for the covered shelter for Illogan Park and agree any future actions
8. Date and time of next meeting
9. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
10. To receive quotes for Officer and Councillor Uniforms, agree a recommendation to Full Council and any future actions
11. To receive a report on Mobile Speed Activated Signals (MSAS), consider potential locations, and agree any future actions
