I hereby summon you to an Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 31^st January 2018 at 7.00 pm at the Penwartha Hall, Voguebeloth, Illogan

Members of the public are invited to attend.

AGENDA

1. Safety Procedures

2. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies

3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

4. To consider applications from members for dispensations

5. Public participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)

6. To receive the draft Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan, note any comments and approve the document for pre-submission consultation

7. To receive information on Neighbourhood Planning Pre-Submission Consultation and note any future actions

8. To agree to submit a copy of the draft Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Proposal to Cornwall Council as the Local Planning Authority

9. To agree the start date for the six-week Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Pre-Submission Consultation

10. To agree where the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Pre-Submission Consultation will be advertised

11. To agree when and where the draft Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan can be viewed

12. To agree the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Groups email wording to send out to local businesses and other consultation bodies, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

13. To agree how to collate the responses at the end of the six-week pre-submission consultation, agree how any necessary amendments will be made based on the evidence received and agree any future actions
