4. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 16^th May 2018 and the Chairman to sign them

5. To receive reports from the following outside bodies:

• Cornwall Councillors
• Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan Steering Group
• Representatives from outside bodies

6. To receive reports from organisations awarded a grant by Illogan Parish Council during the 2018/2019 municipal year

7. To receive reports from local organisations for the 2018/2019 municipal year

8. To receive questions and motions from residents
