I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Committees Task and Finish Group of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 1^st August 2023, at 10am in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

Members of the public are invited to attend.

1. To elect a Chairman of the Committees Task and Finish Group
2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Committee Task and Finish Group
3. To receive apologies for absence
4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
5. To consider applications from members for dispensations
6. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)
7. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Committees Task and Finish Group held on the 13^th July 2023 and the Chairman to sign them
8. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
9. To receive the Draft Terms of Reference for Committees and agree a recommendation to Full Council
10. Date and time of next meeting
