8. To review the 2025 Illogan Fun Day and agree any recommendations for the 2026 event and any future actions
9. To consider arrangements for the Autumn Litter Pick, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
10. To consider arrangements for the Remembrance Parade, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
11. To receive an update from Light Up Illogan, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
12. To consider arrangements for the 2025 Christmas Events, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
