11. To receive a report on the rotation of the Mobile Speed Activated Signs (MSAS), review the locations of the posts and consider sites for additional posts, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
12. To receive a report on the pitches in Illogan Park, consider a request for a goalkeeper coaching programme to be run from the Park, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
13. To receive a report on bus shelter provision, maintenance and improvements and agree any future actions
14. To receive the enhanced Local Maintenance Partnership (LMP) Grant, consider whether to complete an application and apply for a grant and agree any future actions
15. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions
16. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
17. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

19. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
20. To receive and approve the tender specification for cleaning the Public Conveniences in Illogan Park and Illogan Parish Council Community Office and agree any future actions
21. To receive and approve the tender specification for Waste Management and agree any future actions
22. To receive and approve the tender specification for Footpath and Open Space Maintenance and agree any future actions
