Notice is hereby given that the Community Events Committee will be held on Monday 6^th March 2023 at 7.00pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the public are invited to attend.

1. To receive apologies for absence
2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
3. To consider applications from members for dispensations
4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 minutes – Every speaker has a limit of 3 minutes under Council Standing Orders)
5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Events Committee held on the 16^th January 2023 and the 6^th February 2023 and the Chairman to sign them
6. Matters arising from the Minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
7. To appoint a Vice-Chair for the Community Events Committee for the remainder of the 2022/2023 municipal year
8. To receive an update on the Events budget, and agree any future actions (to be tabled at the meeting)
9. To receive an update from the Kings Coronation Task and Finish Group and agree any future actions
10. To receive an update from the Fun Day Task and Finish Group and agree any future actions
11. To discuss details for Illogan Feast and agree any future actions
12. To discuss Royal visits and whether they can be incorporated into any of our events and agree any future actions
13. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
14. Date and time of next meeting
