Extra Ordinary Full Council Meeting

I hereby summon you to an Extra Ordinary Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 28th June 2023 at 6.30pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

AGENDA

1. Safety Procedures

2. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies

3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

4. To consider applications from members for dispensations

5. Public participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council standing Orders)

6. To receive the Independent Internal Auditors Report for the financial year ending 31st March 2023 and agree future actions

7. To complete the Annual Governance Statement for the financial year ending 31st March 2023 and approve the Clerk/RFO and Chairman to sign them

8. To confirm there are no conflicts of interests with the external auditor, BDO LLP and agree any future actions

9. To receive and approve the end of year accounting statements, explanation of variances and bank reconciliations for the Annual Return for the financial year ending 31st March 2023 and approve the Chairman to sign them
