I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance and Resources Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 13^th July 2022 at The Old School Centre, Nance Lane, Illogan 

Members of the public are invited to attend.

1. To receive apologies for absence

2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

3. To consider applications from members for dispensations

4. Public Participation (Maximum of 15 mins – Every speaker a limit of 3 mins under Council Standing Orders)

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance and Resources Committee held on the 13^th April 2022 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

7. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Finance and Resources Committee for the 2022/2023 municipal year

8. To review asset register and insurance, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

9. To review the projects costs and budgets and agree any future actions

10. To review the Councils Ear Marked Reserves (EMRs) and Reserves and agree any future actions
