I hereby summon you to a meeting of the Finance, Resources and Projects Committee of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 23^rd April 2025 at 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

1. To receive apologies for absence
2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
3. To consider applications from members for dispensations
4. Public Participation
5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of the Finance, Resources and Projects Committee held on the 13^th November 2024 and the Chairman to sign them
6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
7. To review the end of year accounts for the 2024/2025 fiscal year including the Council’s reserves and make any recommendations to Full Council
8. To review the paperwork to be sent to the external auditor and make any recommendations to Full Council
9. To review the internal audit procedure, consider alternative options and agree any future actions
10. Date and time of next meeting
