I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 7.00 pm at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

3. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

8. To receive and approve the minutes of the Full Council Meeting held on the 17th September 2025 and the Chairman to sign them

9. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

10. To receive the Delegated Decisions Register since the last meetings, ratify all decisions made and agree any future actions

11. To receive reports on the payments, receipts and bank reconciliation for the month of September 2025 and agree any future actions

12. To ratify the Barclaycard payments for the month of September 2025 and agree any future actions

13. To authorise payment of accounts for the month of October 2025 and agree any future actions (up to date list to be tabled at the meeting)

14. To receive the grant application from The Old School Centre, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure (Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, s. 19)

15. To receive the external audit and agree any future actions

16. To appoint members to fill vacancies on the following Committees, and agree any future actions:

i. Community Events Committee
ii. Finance, Resources and Projects Committee
iii. Governance Review Committee
iv. Staffing Committee

17. To receive a report from Cllr Holmes on Street and Other Name Signage, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

18. To consider management, maintenance and future developments in Illogan Park and other parish facilities, agree any appropriate actions and any associated expenditure

19. To receive a report from Council Officers including Health and Safety, agree future actions and any associated expenditure

20. To receive correspondence from the 10th September 2025 until the 7th October 2025, agree any appropriate responses and any future actions

21. To receive reports from the Cornwall Councillors

22. To receive a 2-minute update from committee chairmen and note the minutes of the following committee meetings held since 4th September 2025:

i. Governance Review Committee – 10th September 2025
ii. Climate, Environment and Planning Committee – 17th September and 1st October 2025
iii. Community Events Committee – 7th October 2025

23. To receive a 2-minute update from the Council Representative on outside bodies including the Police Liaison Committee and on Cllrs who have attended training courses or conferences

24. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings; agree where to discuss and timescales

25. Date & time of next meeting:

Wednesday 19th November 2025, 7pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office.

26. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

27. To receive quotes from solicitors to advise the Council in the devolution process, appoint a solicitor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
