I hereby summon you to a Full Council meeting of Illogan Parish Council to be held on Wednesday 16th July 2025 at 8.30 pm or when the previous meeting finishes at Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan, TR16 4RG

Members of the press and public are invited to attend.

2. Chairman’s Welcome

3. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions

4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25

5. To consider applications from members for dispensations

6. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed

7. To receive a report and quotes for the associated groundworks for 8 benches in Illogan Park, appoint a contractor, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

8. To receive a report on Barclaycard, and other options, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
