5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on 8th January 2020 and the 5th and 19th February 2020 and the Chairman to sign them.

13. To consider details for volunteer litter picks for 2020 –Saturday 4th April and Saturday 3rd October

14. To note the position with regard to the contract for litter picking and general maintenance, Illogan Park and delivery of the Parish Review and to consider inviting tenders or other appropriate action

15. To consider quotations for hedge cutting at Illogan Park

16. To consider quotation for removal of Ash tree at Manningham Wood

17. To consider authorising a tree survey at Illogan Park and Manningham Wood

18. Local Maintenance Partnership. Consideration of offer from Cornwall Council

19. Use of designation of areas of great landscape value (paragraphs 5.45, 5.46 and 5.47 of the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan)

20. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

21. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
