I hereby summon you to attend a Climate, Environment and Planning Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council on Wednesday 3^rd July 2024 at 7.00pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan

2. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions
3. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over
4. To consider applications from members for dispensations
5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on 5^th and 19^th June 2024 and the Chairman to sign them.
6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

8. To discuss planning applications received from Cornwall Council and agree statutory consultee comments to return to Cornwall Council Planning Department (Reporting Councillor -Cllr Ekinsmyth)

   Mount Whistle Farm, Mount Whistle Road, South Tehidy, Camborne
   New half barrel shape replacement roof on derelict livestock shed to form a tractor shed nissen hut. Reduction of existing dwarf walls to 0.45 metres height and making good to same height. Installation of shiplap timber ends with doors. Tin roof in goose wing grey.

9. To note planning decisions received from Cornwall Council and Planning Appeal Decisions received from the Planning Inspectorate

To receive the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (England) Regulations 2009 in relation to planning application PA23/07014 – Land Adjacent to Bassett Road, Illogan – Reserved matters for approval of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline consent PA18/04738 (APP/D0840/W/18/3210910_ for residential development of up to 9 dwellings without complying with condition 1 of decision PA21/09229 (APP/D0840/W/22/3294917) dated 19/12/2022, consider whether to make further comments and agree any future actions.
11. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only
12. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
13. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings
