Notice is hereby given that the Staffing Committee Meeting of Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Monday 3rd April 2023, 6.30pm in Illogan Parish Council Community Office, Trevelyan Road, Illogan. Members are hereby summoned to attend.
AGENDA
1. To elect a Chairman of the Staffing Committee for the remainder of the 2022/2023 municipal year
2. To appoint a Vice Chairman of the Staffing Committee for the remainder of the 2022/2023 municipal year
3. Chairman’s Welcome and Apologies
4. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
5. To consider applications from members for dispensations
6. To receive and approve the minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 10th August 2022 and the Chairman to sign them
7. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
