5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 22^nd April, 1st, 14^th and 22^nd May 2024 and the Chairman to sign them.

11. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
12. To consider items to be discussed at future meetings

14. That under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act the press and public are excluded due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed
15. To review the Litter Picking and Illogan Park Maintenance contracts, consider whether to extend the contracts, agree any future actions and any associated expenditur
