Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Environmental Services Committee meeting of the Illogan Parish Council is to be held on Wednesday 6^th July 2022, 7pm in The Old School Centre, Nance Lane, Illogan

5. To receive and approve the minutes of the meetings of this Committee held on the 4^th and 25th May 2022 and the 15^th June 2022 and the Chairman to sign them

6. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only

11. To receive a report on the review of the Illogan Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

12. To receive information from Cllr Ms Kemp on South West In Bloom and ‘It’s Your Neighbourhood Initiative’ and agree any future actions

13. To receive correspondence up to the date of the meeting for information only

14. To note any information regarding the cricket field at Mary’s Well and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure

18. To receive a quote to trim the branches of the trees around the bus shelter in Robartes Terrace, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
