3. To receive and approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on the 18^th May 2022 and the Chairman to sign them
4. To receive reports from the following outside bodies:
   • Cornwall Councillors
   • Representatives from outside bodies
5. To receive reports from local organisations for the 2022/2023 municipal year
6. To receive questions and motions from residents
7. Chairman’s remarks
